For rough water use i would avoid:
Air intake (Riva performance intake) (few rpm)
Exhaust (2nd waterbox eliminator) (weight saving and few rpm)
R&D crankase breather kit (will give you some accel and rpm)
Valve cover block off's
Jettrim Custom Seat Cover (nice for your azz in rough)
Ultra 250 Pump Shoe Seal Kit (limits cavitation)
Ultra 250 Deep Fuel Pickup (extends your range)
Ultra 250 Driveshaft Shim Kit

Personal oppinion for recreation riding you dont need it.
Too much money, bit complicated to tune it and not so much gains.
2000$ for 2mph aprox. If you have a good mechanic go for it.
Will drive your friends crazy.
How long is the riding season in UAE?

what would you guys recommend if you do both rough and smooth water riding like here in MARYLAND? I have a wedge on mine now and valve covers and the Riva exhaust, intake and ride plate on the way now. What else would you guys recommend for top end speed and acceleration?

are you using the 2 degree or 1 degree wedge? There is talk that the 1 degree with rideplate still keeps rough water handling. I am waiting on the R & D rideplate and I have the 1 degree.
What else for top speed?
how about the r & d cool air kit. It brings cool air into the hull and is just a drop in filter under the glove box. Here is the link.
