    R&D Steering Nozzle Install

Seems straight forward but I think I may be missing a part. Figured I would post up since a lot of us are getting them.

    I got in the box.

    1 Steering Nozzle
    2 Bolts
    1 Plastic Washer

When I bolt it all up sans plastic washer it is stuck and will not turn. Where does this washer go? Is there supposed to be two? Do you reuse any stock parts?

Thanks guys. Hopefully we will get this answered and it will be there for someone else to find in the future.

    You need the stock collars.

Well I ended up using the stock spacer things and the new bolts. I am not sure what the washer is for but I hooked everything else up with the stock hardware.

I also got mine that way and initially had the same problem of it getting stuck during a turn. I then found out that i could use the stock collars and instead of the plastic washer, i found myself 2 thin stainless steel washers that i put between the trim ring and the nozzel. works great now.

My nozzle has two teflon washers. One for the top, one for the bottom. Lowes has the little thin washers in the bolts/washers section in little packages. even in their grey speciality bins
