    The Inevitable

My son decided to take someone for a ride on the tube Sunday. After countless lectures and instructions,I assumed he knew what he was doing. At any rate,we notice they have stopped, are both in the water, and seem to have drifted all the way to the boat ramp.I have to swim across an inlet to get to where they are,and I am picturing two scenarios in my head as I swim. One,someone is hurt,or Two,he has managed to suck up the rope.Either way I'm thinking.....this isnt good.It was the latter.I could not get one of the bolts out of the grate at the ramp,so I dragged it home and managed to hack my way throught it and off it came.I haven't taken it back out yet.I don't think the shaft is bent.My question is,from what you fella's can see here,is there a seal that might have been compromised where the shaft enters the front side?(top of the picture)

Shaft doesn't look bent, and is not broken. No obvious wobble when I watch it from underneath as it's running. So,when I get it out on the water sometime today or tomorrow, assuming it doesn't shake, rattle and roll...the impeller shaft should be fine, right? Then my next concern would be any seal that might be broken where the shaft enters the inside of the hull. So,if it doesn't take on any water................am I fine? Those are my questions.
