Question RE Dynafly on GPR 1200

Just a quick one for a friend...

Will a standard GRP1200 with VF III reeds and ride plate push a 14/20 Dynafly and 05 pump?

Probably not real well, put a head on it as well along with F/A's and re-jet the carbs.

    Daughters 01 unported 1200 pushes a 14-22DF in an 05 pump to 75mph @ 7200.

VF3s, 135 PSI, rejetted carbs with F/As, 1200 grate, FF plate, no timing.

It can do it well if you pay attention to all the details and follow all the advice regarding pump shoes and reinforcements.

I ran 150 PSI milled OEM head, Rejetted carbs, Newer style 1300 reeds with stuffers, FF, Jims plate, stepped sponsons, *800 grate and lots of trial and error with tuning the plate and tabs got 75 out of mine turning the Dynafly.

    * 800 grate Not recomended too many accidents.
