honda-partsdirect is the cheapest place I know of to order these parts, they should arrive in about a week.

this is NOT going to be cheap...i almost crapped myself adding it up when I lost mine, esp. for #16 gromets. I always leave mine off when the pwc is in the garage for ventilation, but I forgot to put it on and drove ~50 miles to the lake! luckily the tool tray/cover fell in and I put that on and rode for the day, then even better, I found the lost cover on my way home! It's got a few deep scratches, but otherwise OK.

    well vanity won

I bought all the pieces parts 104 odd dollars oh well. Man you were right 5.20 a piece for a grommet seems high.

Anyone know the deal on the rivets for the rub rail? I decided to replace the nose pieces on both skis, and replace some of the loose rivets on some of the rub rail. but did not like the sound of .70cents each for the ones that already loosened up once.

Never had to replace any rivits on the Honda, but on my Ultra150 a couple came loose and I just drilled them out and replaces with a stainless nut/bolt/washers combo from a local marine store.
