How to fire gp1200 with no gauges?

I'm trying to start a gp1200 with stock electrics and no gauges. I'm sure the code lock is engaged. How do i bypass this as i dont intend to ever run gauges on this ski. Thanks, Tom

The code is part of the gage not the cdi so you should be fine not having it

I have an SUV service manual same motor and electrical system as the GP 1200. It shows that the red wire from the start stop switch goes in then out of the gauge then to the relay via the fuse. Run this wire direct to the fuse and you should be fine.

just look up the wiring for a raider 1100. it had the same exact wiring, but without the security thing.
