    Spring ride

Ok, so strap your duck tape tight and put on your thinking caps.

Took my 2 sit downs out today 75Degrees, slight breerze and water was 48*

\Polaris 750 SL .5 over etc, etc, ran great. Srtong. couple of slips, but nothing we cant tune out.

Kawi 750 first run this year:

Set stock at 750 .05 over bore and hone 155 in each cylinder Single carb Lows 1 1/8 oout and high 5/8 out

Ran great out of choke, but was a lot of vibration. tried 1/4 turn on low and it was sluggush out of the hole, but with 1/2 choke would get to plane and scream on the highs. after a few minutes on highs, would studder and then die out. I would idel for a few and it would run strong again, but never for long periods.

    What am i missing???????

    Thanks

    Sean

Hey Sean. From what I understand, If you need to choke it to get on plane, she's starving for fuel. Running lean. Be careful Bro. Give her some more fuel.

I knwow thats what you think. but even with 1 full turn out oon the lows, I get no change. Feels like she is drowning in fuel until she burns out and then off to the races. But I dont kinow

Using the choke richens up the mixture. Less air and more fuel.

Perhaps turn the screws out more. Or larger jets may be needed.

I know, thats why I am stumped. Maybe fuel restrction all along. But I rebuilt the whole path. i know its clean. maybe the stoke jets cant hang, who knows? Seriously, who knows?

Seemed to run strong, once in the high circuit, but then would lag out. Maybe my whole fuel system is screwed
