NCHEEL...Best way to get a ski off concrete and onto a trailer!!!
Dude you were right on the spot! After following directions to the last detail this happens! Before this I put the bare hull of the RXT on it with no issues....Then when I went for the XLT1200 BAM!
I cleaned the glue out, re-primed it and put glue on it...waited about 30 mins, even though this glue dries way faster than that, and look at the last pics its about to colapse again!
Im not even pissed! Im just sweating the $100 I wasted on this shit!

I would never build nor put a ski on a PVC stand.

Wow that sucks I have a stand PVC that I keep in the van so if I want to take only One ski I can.
I have 2 GP1200s a 97 and a 99 so there not as heavy.
I have never had any problem with mine I have no wheels on it and it is in 4 pcs that slide together when I need it.
How much heavier is a XL over a GP ?

I'd only use PVC for like a stand up ski....
thats kind of funny though

i dont mean to put down geo at all.. i love the guy to death...
but it's difficult... borderline IMPOSSIBLE... to have PVC separate that clean and easily UNLESS some aspect of the assembly process was overlooked
i worked for 3 years in the custom inground pool and spa business... lots of PVC plumbing... and when u fcuk up a length or elbow with PVC.. you are NOT getting it apart in one piece... so for that to pull apart, something was wrong with the cleaner/primer/glue/.. or the user, LOL

i cant help but laught out loud to myself here... i wish i was there to see that happen and slowly just creak pull apart and hit the ground... priceless
