    Angry Big Problems!! Please Help!!!!

    Ok, so yesterday was the first day I put my 06 GPR in the water after a winter of mods and living on GH. Previous mods were...

    IR Hole shot, PPK, Riva plate, 1200 R&D grate, EFI controller, D plate, Free flow, removed air ducts, stepped sponsons, and a 14/20 dynafly stock... Ski ran a consistent 68.7 to 69.4 @ 7100-7150 on a GPS and commercial tiny tach

    At 109 hrs this winter, I installed... Vf3's (no stuffers), 3* key, Jim's milled stock head, Oil block off, tunnel reinforcement, Riva Power plenum. On the trailer the ski the ski idles kind of low 1000 to 1350 or so, however it revs smooth and crisp... Yesterday the water temp was 40* and the air temp was 47* I know its cold... I let the ski warm up and babied up to about 4,000 rpms and crack the throttle. The ski will pull till about 5300 rpms and bog flat on its face... This is all it will do... over and over... Efi settings are 6-6-4-6.5. Compression is in 123 order 145 145 143. Im mixing intercepter 36/1 with 93 octane. I have checked everything short of tearing the engine back dow to the reeds... I know the injectors are working, tps is rite, and in a drop cylinder test they all seem to be the same. I have checked everything but the pump tunnel. Code 01 strong and present on the dash. It seems like it HAS to be a fuel problem but the pugs don't look terrible. Im out of answers... Im begging any of the GPR GODS for help... I stand over my pride and joy confused as fu*K

    Did you try it with the seat off ?

    Also maybe borrow another EFI controller.

    I ask this to everyone who has done this mod so don't be offended. Is the 3* key installed in the right direction?

    offset to the right... timing at 18* BTC... Seat off same results... I have all the engine values off the YDS and everything seems to read within spec..

    offset goes to the port side

    and the YDS wont read the added/actual timing... it doesnt know you have a key in there

    Any one else before I start tearing it down??? I saw the pic on the coachski thread and know the key is in rite... I didn't ride with the seat all the way off but it was slid back 8 inches... The reeds were brand new... what are the chances of one breaking?

    I have heard some rumors of the EFI skis perfoming bad in cold temperatures. I do not have one, so I can't give first hand knowledge but maybe somebody will chime in. I would not think it is a reed issue, you would see or hear some blow back through the throttle bodies if it is.

    Did you foul a plug? Change the plugs first. That
    middle plug doesn't have a clean burn rate like
    the other two. Ben
