    Jetting help?

    Any guesses on jetting for a 750 with a pro cdi and 38 mm mikuni's hitting 150 on all 3 ' with the op head and op F/A's? I just modded the carbs for this rebuild with what I thought was crazy high jets 9 never ran) but I have to see what they were ? baselines, guesses, stupid remarks all welcome Z

    lol! I figured! I'm not sure 91 octane is good enough either?

    I would try somewhere between the 780 and 785.. Like 135-140 Main and 75-80 Low. Fuel is a pistons best friend.

    I think I'm here thks to X but I may have went down-5 on the lows and up
    +5 on the Highs due to his later recommendations
    MAG 122.5, CEN and PTO 120 mains 85 lows but I will dbl check

    yes Fresh 2.0's and I am presently at MAG 127.5, CEN and PTO 125 mains 80 lows but I never ran it like this however I did have issues with stock 750 jetting

    This sounds like an xlint place to start.

    With your dry pipe and that set up, we're almost identical except for the high compression.

    Be careful on your WOT until you know it's safe. I'll be adding the Watcon shaved heads to the G/F's ski, so I'll be watching this thread carefully.

    150 psi will be OK with 92 octane, wouldn't hurt to use Shell 93 or Sunoco 94 octanes just to be safe though.

    You eastern folks are lucky. Our high octane is 91. But for 4.99/gal I can get 100. Funny how gas prices have been up and down, but the 100 has been 4.99 for yrs.
