    Fx Cruiser project

A friend and I are planning on getting a 04 fx cruiser to around 65ish this summer are there any other mods we could do to it besides the rpm kit and filling holes etc. does anyone make mirror block offs for them? thanks in advance.

you will need to start with an fxho cruiser if you wan't to get to 65mph

then it is just atention to detail that will get you more speed
there are some other things for more speed but it is all trial and error

the only thing i know that could get it over 60 would be to go forced induction..turbo but we also want to keep it simple and reliable. any other suggestions?

you have to remember that the 160's have 20 more hp and a lighter hull to start with
and with the riva rpm kits most of them still only get 62-63

i have an R&D steering nozzel and a jims plate (as well as the riva rpm kit) and have a best of 65.5 mph
    with a lightwieght jockey
i'm still trying though i have a new intake grate to test next week
i think i will go to the local dam and retest all the different parts
i want to machine the riva plate first as i think it will be faster than jims machined R&D plate (if i lived in us i would i would get him to machine my riva plate)

if it is just a project ski you may be able to take alot of things off to lighten it up a bit
