Here`s a few ways:
gently push siphon hose down fuel fill hose until you reach the tank and siphon fuel out.
loosen clamp on fuel fill hose where it meets the tank and remove the fuel fill hose and stick siphon hose in the tank.
I had decent luck with the squeeze bulb type that you find at walmart or auto parts stores. I had the push/pull pump type that leaked like a siv...
*** be careful of fuel spill and fumes. always disconnect negative side of battery before performing any work...

on the 4-tec, isn't there a way to disconnect the supply hose to the fuel rail, get the hose or extend the hose to a fuel can/jug and then bump the start start button the ski to get the fuel pump to turn on and let the electric fuel pump pump it out ?
Or jumper wire the fuel pump and allow the fuel pump to pump it out ?

i think thats playin with fire there RX951, and i bet you can get more fuel out with a syphon than with the fuel pump.
just tilt the ski/trailer way back and to one side, then all the fuel is on one corner of the tank, stick syphon hose in until you think you are in the same corner.
i can get all but an ounce or two out fo the tank that way.
then get a flexible stick, duct tape a rag to the end and swab ther rest... if you think you need to, like if theres water in the tank or something. like a small bendy fishing pole.
PR i wuld NOT unhook the battery, cuz i only ever see batteries spark when you try to hook them back up!!!
and thats AFTER you just maybe got some fuel spillage or fumes in the ski.
no sparky if you never unhooky.
or just really wait a long time after you clean up before you hook up the battery.
i never actually spilled anything syphoning, its amazing how easy it is to do.

if the ski has been sitting for a few days, dont agitate.
tilt ski as stated above gently.
then insert tube gently to the bottom corner.
syphon first gallon into a clear plastic container.
if theres water in the gas it will be easy to see the separation in the clear container.water is heavier than gas, so it will all be in the lowest part of the tank, aka the low corner you are syphoning from
we have done a few boats over the years and taken full gallons!!!! from the tanks before we saw gas.
it confused us because we didnt see any separation line, then we realized it was a whole gallon of water!! hahaha

are you syphoning for old gas or contaminated gas(water)
