    My alternative to my GPR's

With gas prices so freakin high I decided to get my fix today down at the river on my stand up. Its got a 5 gallon tank. Before I left it already had 3 gallons of fuel in it so I just put 2 gallons in X 3 bucks a gallon = cost me about 6 dollars for an evening of fun This is how it all started for me back 22 years ago when I bought my first ski- Riding these stand ups are a whole different ballgame of extreme adrenaline excitment. Thanks to KirkF350 for taking the pics.

Next time your in Beau-town I'll get you on one of my 650s - you'll want one after you ride it. I could just see it - WFO smashes 82.1 (on a stand up)

Never ridden one. I might take you up on that.

You know if I had one it would be usless for anything but speed runs

You would love Barry's 650. We GPSed it at a wopping 43mph, but man, it gets there instantly.

Ah-it's times like these I miss my little 701 Blaster. It would beat me into submission for less the 20 bucks AND never let me down.
Makes me wonder sometimes-Have we really moved on!

Great pics! A DRC sticker would give it a whole new attitude.

Barry can ride the hell out of a stand up. I rode that ski once, it is very quick. It had been 10 yrs since I had ridden a stand up, I did O.K., but did end up swallowing some Neches River water. I did not want anymore. Its good to see you & Kirk made it out to the water.
