    Prop question...

How hard do you tighten the impeller? Do I have to use any locktite? (treadlocking) on the impeller-treads?

On my GPR pumps and past Sea-Doo skis, I only hand-snug the impeller, and I also use Anti-Sieze on the impeller threads and shaft threads so it is easy to remove to next time. the torque of the motor will snug the impeller more.
Not sure if the RXP guys do anything different, maybe somebody will chime in.

i do same on my yami. But on honda i have to bare down to 105 ft-lbs. cuz it's right hand threads instead of left.. and use loctite instead of antisieze...it sucks but we've all had em come loose.

You need to crank down on an RXP prop. 75ft lbs minimum.
