    removing peeling registration numbers?

my registration numbers have started to peel and need to be replaced. what can i use to get the sticky stuff off that stays on the hull when the letters and numbers are removed? could i use goof off and dilute it with water or would this hurt the clear coat?

Goof off is oil based so it turns to crap with water I would use it straight just try it somewhere safe first but it has been my experience that it take a lot to harm the ski's finish

if you have a drill, dremel, or a die grinder then use this eraser wheel here. wont burn through clear coat and takes off the sticker and all residue underneath the sticker. just make sure and use it within the specified rpms because the wheel will seperate. if you order it from this site ask for randy and tell him that your a member ofthis forum and i believe you might receive a discount
