Question RIVA Free Flow Exhaust Kit Install Question????

Me and my buddy installed the Riva exhaust and cut the stock exhaust 7 1/2 inches as said in the instructions. Obviously neither peice no matter how perfect the cut will it match up exact. We used the couplers and the hose claps from the old exhaust. When looking in the back through the exhaust hole i can see maybe a tiny gap where they meet, my worries are if it ever loosens or something my baby is going to sink. What do you guys suggest to solve my worries even though everything is tightened down pretty good, but to be on the safe side?

Aside from double clamping it and putting a bilge pump in there thats about it. I ran it last year for 93 hours , no problems.Plus theres enough styrofoam in there to keep it a float, everything may get wet but it wont sink.

Get this and be done with it. I think you can get it from the green hulk store.

well, all I know is I have to have it to install the riva exhaust on the 08 because of the sizing differences. Dont know what it really does different. Maybe lighter?, more free flowing?
