Most likely the TPS is way off and needs to be recalibrated. It's causing it to dump completely inaccurate amounts of fuel at the wrong times. I will be getting it adjusted when my Riva ECU comes in.

This is where I'd like to thank everyone who was responsible for aiding me in success.

It's a pretty long list so I'll name a few.

Mark (hydrotoys) for finalizing the conversion plans and inspiring us all to copy you and join in on the fun I'm sure you love all the PMs and phone calls everyday from the up-and-coming GPRXP guys
Jay (hydrojunkie) for sharing your experience, dedication, fab skills, guidance and assurance throughout the project.
Steve (Shibby) for parts, tech advice, and crucial troubleshooting skills (especially right before the maiden voyage).
Jack (jacrae) for countless hours of tweaking and wrenching on my project for no charge in your auto shop. I can't wait til you finally ride one of these conversion boats (even if it's 30 degrees out)!

There are several more people and I hope they know who they are because I'd rather not sit here for 20 minutes to name them all.

There's more groundbreaking to come for sure with these project skis.
