    pump wedge question

    it it a good upgrade, does it relly add top speed, does it make it handle better. Just want some opinions. and does eveybody install the vts extender with it??

    I run the wedge on my RXP and love it. It's great for flat water riding. The VTS extender is a must for the RXP's with the wedge as it helps out with hole shot tremendously.

    Jerry what do you think of the wedge for the RXT's my 07 doesnt have it and my buddies 06 does havent really heard much about the wedge on the rxt's and if its a must is there a way to do it with out buying one like a home made idea.

    On my rxp the wedge works great.
    I think on the GTX or RXT that does not have VTS the wedge helps.

    If you going Racing from stop to max speed with full thruttel the RXP will jupm.. and you loss the takoff ...

    like jerry say its good for flat water not for wave ..

    The only RXT that i had my hand in building i installed the wedge. I liked it on his ski.

    Jerry with the wedge. Do you also reccomend a set of RE block offs ?

    Absolutely, if you are going to remove OPAS the Race Engineering blockoffs are the way to go.
