    XLT owners... need some measurements

For those of you guys out there with one of these big bad 3 seaters, I would like to ask you for a couple of measurments It involves removing your ride plate and swing bucket.

Take a straight edge and lay it flat on the shoe extending straight out toward the back of the boat (about 14 inches). Take a ruler and measure the distance from the straignt edge to the inside diameter of the the venturi (not the bucket). It should be measured in a perfect 90 degree angle. Also measure the distance from the back edge of the shoe to the end of the venturi.

I am real interested to see what the difference in measurement there would be with a 5 degree vs. a 3 degree nozzle.

I am guessing, but I think that the distance between the shoe and the inside diameter of 3 degree venturi would be between 66 and 70 mm.

If you have any questions please call 409 986-6777, or send me your number and I will call you. I can't find anyone here locally that has one of these boats, so I could really use your help.

For the first part I used a square, to the inside of my 3 degree nozzle it measured 4.125 inches... For the 2 number, i used a square and measured 12.5625 inches, BTW i have a 99 XLL hope this helps! some time in the next month or so i will be installing a 5 degree gpr nozzle and we can compare these numbers...
    good luck
