will do ... i had the ski on the lake Sat. to test that dg box ( which has a hell of an exhaust "note" by the way ! ) and i did 53.4mph on the gps with a chop and me being 6'3'' 230lb's( i stocked up over winter ..lol) but i hope i will be able to tell a diff. in the holeshot.... will keep ya posted.

53.4 on the GPS in chop isn't bad at all. Did you get a baseline before the waterbox? The DG should've gained you a little better holeshot in itself. Hopefully the Jet Works gains you a little more, just check it periodically to make sure it isn't stuck closed. It will overheat the exhaust hoses if it does.
Amazing how much louder the ski is with that waterbox huh?

i wasn't able to do a lot of hole shot test, because there was a crap load of people of the lake scouting out fishing holes for a tournament..... but do you think i could shoot the valve with some wd-40 before and after each ride to better assure my self that it wont stick?..... i will probably do a base line test like you said to document the proformance gains/losses.

I wouldn't use WD-40 on anything plastic or rubber, especially if you are trying to ensure longevity. Keeping it flushed out with clean water, and periodic visual inspections, should be enough.

WD-40 is petroleum based, which is not wonderful for many plastics, especially long term.
