    Rebuilt waveRaider 1100 Jetting.

Hi, i have read the other thread on 1100 jetting.

would those jetting recommendations work for me? (go with 110 mains on all 3 cylinders)

here's what i have just rebuilt...

    1090cc (1.5 oversize)
    protec 1200 (rec) head
    R&D Power Plenum flame arrestor
    95 octane fuel
kept 38mm mukini's (to keep down on fuel costs ($2.20 a litre in the UK)
    removed chokes
removed casting bosses from carb throats (dremel tool!)

compression tester shows 150psi (is this correct? because my raider 700 shows 175psi).

    thanks in advance

your twin will have higher compression. 150 on a tripple is the pump gas limit, at least with american 93 octane.

Try the 110 mains, drop your popoff a little by installing 1.5 needles and seats with the stock springs, and go from there. Get a good tach, pull up a chair, and start searching this site for "piston wash" the tuning method, not the member
