I made mine out of an inner hull OPAS blockoff plate. You have to drill the holes out bigger but otherwise they fit perfectly.

Well, i just happened to have an extra one laying around.

You can take one of yours and lay it out on a piece of aluminum. Trace around it and cut it out with a jig saw and make your own.

Jerry, just out of curiosity did you weld your BOV blockoff to the pipe or just seal it good with silicone? I thought I read somewhere that people were welding them on?

Welding them on would be the best way, but i just siliconed mine and bolted it down.

Rex I did exactly what Jerry suggested, used an OPAS blockoff plate and just opened up the holes a bit. I put a good gasket under it, but it still leaked boost ... so I welded it shut. No leaks anymore ...
