Dudes; do this fix! I hit a very large wake wrong and the pressure of the water against the moulding caused it to get jammed betweee the throttle and the plate and I came out of the wake at 3000 RPM! I freaked out for about 20 seconds until I figured it out and yanked it out.

Shit can go sideways really quick; eliminate any of these kind of negative variables.

My ski did this the very first time i rode it last year. I was playing with the adjustable height handle bars it is stuck at about 3000 rpm. I moved the bars and it went back to idle. Thought it was a cable issue as i coundlnt make it do it again. Have since had the recall done.

    Question

Is there any way to order this bracket without going to the dealer? I see it listed on most OEM suppliers lists as part number 11055-3709, and it's only about $5, but tried twice to order it from 2 different suppliers and both times they wouldn't sell it to me. For what it is, it's not worth the aggrevation of loading it back on the trailer and towing it to the dealer when I could change the part myself in about 5 minutes.

    Thanks,
    Chris

This guy will sell it to you, or if you want I can get through my dealer under the recall program. You just pay the shipping.

I'll go through your dealer. Maybe that way I can even stop those pesky recall notices. Let me know what I need to do.

    Thanks,
    Chris

PM sent, you will need to read all the recall and tech bullitens. It will have the instruction of all items that will come with your recall package. It will be your responsibility to perform the task as per instructions.

No need to read the K-Techs unless you just want to learn some cool things.
