    I like the "Flat Black"....it makes it look stealthy (is that a word?).

    yeah thats a word. I was just going to go white again, but i wanted something different. The i thought about gloss black, then yamaha blue. I went flat cause you will almost never see another painted that color. Pl every time someone talks about a waveraider they say it reminds them of a old muscle car. Well flat black was popular in the rat rod days. You never guess that this is all spray can....

    The "secret" is in the prep work not the can....I've seen quite a few nice projects over the years that came out of a "rattle" can. A few of those were "rat rods"!!!!

    Man that looks great!!! I really like the silver plastic with the flat black. A blinging billet gas cap would finish it off. Well done!!

    Just a thought & my opinion, I think the screw cap for the fire ext. would look great silver too.

    very true! there was a ton of prep work. plus i sprayed epoxy primer first
