Seadoo GroupK exhaust plumbing kit
I have a hole in my waterbox rave bellows. I purchased a GroupK plumbing kit for my 1996 XP many, many years ago. I have the following parts:
Brass 90 degree fitting with 120 jet
Brass straight fitting with 140 jet
I know I am missing a hose or two and also the instructions. I am assuming that the Brass straight fitting goes in the waterbox and the 90 Degree fitting goes in the pipe.
Could you tell me what hose or hoses I need as well as how to install in properly?
I figured I would give this a try until I get a new bellows. FYI, they are $45 at the dealer.

I thought I had it figured out until I found the missing hose and another plastic t-fitting. Is there supposed to be two t-fittings?

Did you see if GK has it posted on their site? I never used their kit, but what you are thinking sounds right to me too.
Did you try emailing Harry?

GK does have the instructions on their website. When I ordered it from them about 10 years ago, it did not come with instructions either. I did at some point request them from Harry, but that was many years ago and I lost them. I posted in his section over at PWC Today, I was just hoping to get a quick answer. We might actually ride tomorrow.
Are you going to make an appearance at Norris this year?

After surveying the damage to the bellows, it is only a pin hole. Any thoughts on repairing until I get a new one? I ran it all last summer with the leak with no problems, although I didn't ride much last summer.
