    throttle body rxp-x

    what gains are seen when you re-bore the throttle body and at the same time i will put a cold air-intake

    has anyone rebored there throttle body for a larger one??

    It has been done, no significant gains achieved.
    Cold air intake is a good plan though.

    Don't get carried away with modding the X. After 74 mph it takes crazy amounts of power to gain from there...

    We've done a ton of testing inside and out and above 74 extra mph comes slow and expensive.

    dumb question maybe but is the throttle body different on the x then just a reg rxp or rxt

    Care to ellaborate? What have you tried new ECU, thru hull exhaust, different props, modified intake grates? I and everyone else with an X would really appriciated if you could share this information.
