Is there any special year to prefer?

For example is there any childdiseases on the first year?

The 2003+ are lighter... and the 2004+ already have the updated brackets for pump shoe and ride plate.

IMO the 2001 2002 hulls are bullet proof.

What exacly do you mean with bullet proof?

How about the 2000 millenium edition is it the same as 2001-2002?

    They are in diffrent material?

I believe there has been less pump tunnel and insert problems with the 01 and 02 gpr hulls. They seem to be tougher hulls.

I havent seen a busted tunnel in a pre 03 yet, but seen a few 00-02s with shoe inserts pulling thru the hull.

No. Not as long as you are doing the tunnel re-inforcement, brackets, etc...
