hello my friend geo, very simple your manual boost controler has {2}fittings the one that reeds towards waste gate actuator goes to the side banjo fitting on the tial waste gate the other side of the boost controller goes to boost only signal before the trottel body { intercooler oulet pipe or fitting on the turbo compressor cover } the top banjo fitting on the waste gate is going to be use when you instaled a electronic boost controller, hope this will help you.thx now you have to work for free on my ski.

Since he's using a manual boost controller. what does he do with the top banjo fitting on the waste gate? Does he connect it to something?

There are at least 4 different ways to hook up a boost controller, depending on the situation.

    1. The diagram Turbo Tech PR posted.

    2. On my Z28, I have full boost going to the bottom port and the controller going to the top port. I think this functions the same as #1.

    3. For higher boost pressures, attach the controller to the top port and vent the bottom port.

    4. For internal wastegates, you just put it in-line with the boost reference line, similar to #1, but there is no vent.
