    virage 1200 seized piston

Ive got a 2002 polaris virage txi with a 1200 di motor. The back cylinder has no compression. I pulled the head off to find the piston burnt on the exhaust side. It doesnt look like a oiling problem, anyone have any ideas what could have caused this. It looks as if the top ring turned and got hung on the exhaust port.

I'm no Polaris expert, but i'd be chaecking the CDI as they are a common problem for losing pistons on these.

That looks way lean. The DI boys will chime in, I'm sure. Bummer...

Looks like a bit of water has been in there too .Undo the output shaft coupler shroud and push it up against the engine cover. This will stop the salt/fresh water being slung into the air intake .

Does anyone know of a place that can clean and flowtest these injectors?
