Question for ya; why is your exhaust outlet in a very different position than mine? Rotax / Rude right?

Steve I think I am going to just fill those hole with a new hood from France....

vman...I installed my thru hull in early 2003...Initially I had a nice piece made by Mark @ racetech...But when Nils came out with these pieces I installed it as soon as one came available to me....Back then ther was no templates to follow and Mark and I just installed it were we found it convienient....I did not feel I needed my bording step anymore...So hence the position...

I remember when ppl on the message boards thaught I was nuts to install a thru hull exhaust....lol...

I figured it was probably something like that... one of the originals.

It was tough enough to cut that hole even after everything was laid out in proven kit form. I can imagine what kind of criticism you got being one of the early ones to do it.

Now you can say, "I told you so".
