To setback or not to setback??

Has anyone tried the Concord SB (setback) series of props? From what I get the hub is machined @ 3mm to move the prop closer to the stator. I've read claims that this mod increases hook-up and top speed; is this just marketing?
    Any back to back tests?

    Thanks,

    jp

It works from what I've heard. By setting back the prop it acts like increasing the pitch. To try it, just remove the washer and run it that way as it's the same as machining the hub. It can be a bitch to get the prop off though after running it this way for a while.
