strizki's 15f was just put back together this weekend. i haven't heard what happened with speed, but on saturday he called and he said it was running well, but still needed to fine tune the ignition and fuel maps.

i personally expect to see 83+ out of that ski. i am sure his expectations are about the same.

the downside to these turbo and s/c boats is the high octane requirements & the $20,000 build costs.

makes the new $13,000 seadoo rxp-x a real deal considering they are running 74+ with minor mods.

true, but that build involves a lot of work. you know, as well as I do, that it takes a certian kind of person to take on a build like that. most people will go drop BIG $$$$$ to get speed, rather than think outside of the box.

both the turbo boats down under are running 98 ron octane pump gas and are both in the high 80's it is rumoure that one has just snuck into a 90mph run ( enduro boat)

i supose it i just a matter of tunning/ mapping them / building to suite your available fuel

i heard this guy saying why he wouldnt get a supercharged , with the supercharged 15f he is saying that the supercharger runs of the engine belt and most dealer having 15f repair it's because of that and a supercharged 15 is basically a ultra 250 s0000000000000. yh
