2 Degree Wedge or Anti-Cavitation Cone by R&D
I have the wedge but I'm wondering now with my set up if I should remove the wedge and go with the cone or leave the wedge and get the cone as well. What could the gains be with either, any one better then the other as for top end?

I would get the flat panel filter for under the glove box.

I know the wedge and ride plate give speed but does the anticav cone really do much? Ive never had any cavitation with this ski unless something gets lodged in impeller.

I have not had any water in from there. I ride rough waters and no problem.

Offshore Rider here! I installed the flat filter prior to my last ride. On my last ride, the conditions were NASTY! I did notice a bit of "Salt Residue" on the engine. I DIDNT notice a huge amout of water though in the hull. Salt away and Fluid film took care of that though. As far as performance, I didnt really notice any, however I did change my setup. So, my baseline setup needs to be re-tested, but from the Riva Rideplate back to the stock with 1* wedge, and Venturi change from .84 mm to .81mm, I lost 1MPH...I think I want to change to a 2* wedge and see how that does in the rough. I DONT want just top speed, and no handeling as the other guys on the forum do.
Its a cheap mod if you dont like it, you can put the black cover back on.
