    Engine compression specks?

    Can someone pleas tell me what is the normal engine compression value….
    I’m getting 1=122psi, 2=135, 3=128…..?

    130 is about the normal was you test warm or cold they tend to level up a bit when warm.

    It was cold....

    I'm getting lots of oil in my intake...that's why I did the test....

    The oil in your intake is from the breather vent. If you dont like having oil in your intake you should get a catch can.

    Thanks for the advice....I have a catch can....but there is way too much oil that gets collected there.

    I wish I was....but I keep it at bare minimum....just a hair over the bottom line....after a days ride my oil level is under....just barely touches the dip stick.

    Your compression does seam kinda low but you should warm it up first. I think if you have a stock cam your comp should be around 140 to 145.

    I do have a stock cam....but I retarded it as far as I could for the RR ECU
