Rear intake seat made by Danny! I took this to a carwash and washed the RXT and only a few drops went inside the 4 inch tube! Can't wait to try this set-up out!

    Welcome...

    CAR WASH!

I know you were double fisting last night, so I know you weren't paying that much attention when I showed you how to mount the prefilter...cuz you got TOO MUCH there and its stopping you from putting the kanaflex on...

Do it like we did in this pic of the one I did for JP....Trace out a circle, then PIER cut the sides so they fold down...THEN use a little duct tape...Squirt just thin layer of Fluid Film, and the kanaflex slides right one...

Will do! I will not have it on like that on the first run, just to check to see whats up under da seat! I have a tube over the kanaflex and it lines right up with the seat hole so I can take it off and on without any clamping. This will work! The car wash aint got nothing on this set-up!

You all cutting out any of the grab handle?

I gotta tell ya...these rear air set ups are a big help. Going by how much it's helped my stock wheel, I can only imagine how much easier an S3 is gonna breath through these.

There is two plastic pieces on the sides of the grab handle that just pop out! That's it for the mod of the grab-handle!

When you pop the 6 bolts off hold the rear trim on, there is a THIN shield that comes out...one chunk!

Just by adding this setup to JP's ski, with his RUDE, he picked up 250 INSTANTLY

    whats the prefilter material???
not alot of surface area there if its too restrictive...
some sort of pleated inline air filter would add surface area and still provide some water protection.
or prefilter the outer area of the seat frame, and leave the tube open??

Prefilter material is a flowrite material in black. The only way water is getting into the S/C is by that material falling off and you can see it is T-bolted on the seat tube. Yes, You can use Florite material on the outside frame. The more flow rite you use the more restriction as well. I am going to use a Silicone couple to pop on and off from the kanaflex to the air tube so you can pop off the seat with out turning a wrench.
