    Intake Power Filter questions...

So I bought a 06 RXP with the Pro Series Power Filter Kit on it (the rear intake one) but also included was the Performance Power Filter Kit

So the question becomes, which one is better? I am assume the Pro Series because it is more expensive...I did notice the Performance Power FIlter Kit is to be used in choppier waters...How hard are they to swap out if I think the conditions warrant the change?...
What I am really wondering is, if I put in the performance kit do I need to install some sort of cover for the opening left by removing the pro series filter? If yes, can I buy one anywhere?

Thanks for your time, and if Chicago ever warms up I can get riding...of course after I get the metal washers and ceramic bearing installed

    hope that helped

Is there a 3" adapter that I need have or that coupling fits right on there?

Also, is there a coupling for the filter to attach to the tube? Or is it just a really tight fit onto the tube?

You need the blue coupler with 2 band clamps.
The filter is a very tight fit. use something to lube the rubber on the filter. Just try to work it on without ending up with hand prints on your element. LOL
