How Do You Know They Need To Be Rebuilt ?

  3. #3

it was sitting around awhile, the main fuel filter I changed and it was full of crap. I ran this for a bit in the water and it cuts in and out at full throttle. If it not getting the fuel it need I do not want to hurt the engine by running it too lean. any other suggestion? thanks.
