Looking for ::: GPS for intercoastal waterways
Ok this is what I'm trying to do....
This summer I want to ride from Wrightsville Beach, Wilmington NC to Myrtle Beach, SC and I need a water proof GPS that has intercoastal waterways on it to guide me there...
Also will this GPS show me while I'm riding when I'm getting close to Myrtle?? and will it show me where I can fill up with some gas ???

I have the Garmin Etrex Vista CX. It's waterproof and has a color screen. It also has a slot for a mini SD memory card. The Bluechart maps can be downloaded onto it. (or you can get the Bluechart maps on a mini SD card) They are expensive but give you a huge amount of detail.

Why not just buy the charts of the ICW for your route? It will be a heck of lot cheaper or maybe a cruising guide that will show marina's and food stops. You'll need that extra money for gas!

The garmin Vista units will withstand the vibration from your ski and they are water and dust proof to military specs.
