Is WMF Watercraft a reputable dealer?

Is WMF Watercraft in Millsboro, DE a Reputable Dealer? I just received my engine and accessories from him. They didn't come in as pictured or described. He say's he will work with me. But I don't know this guy. Has anybody delt with him and if so how was he?

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH HIM!! I bought a Yamaha 701 complete engine, complete OEM gasket kit, and an exhaust manifold from him off of eBay. When I got the motor, the motor mount was ripped off of the engine, the exhaust manifold was damaged, the cooling fitting on the head was bent and the gasket kit was opened, incomplete and for a 650 Yamaha engine. It was obvious that the motor was broken even before he shipped it to me because the break was not clean and fresh, it was covered in grease and oil. I called him up and he was SO surprised the motor was damaged, said he would pay the to have it welded and replace the gasket kit. Months later he never responded to my E-mails and didn't pay for a thing. I would NEVER buy anything from this liar again.

Thanks for the insight. I am in the middle of a Pay-Pal dispute with him and trying to figure out what my next step is. Like you he has be fine to deal with on the phone but his email response is not to good. It wasn't till I filed my dispute that he emailed me back.
