    lost nut in engine compartment

The nut for the battery bracket fell in the engine compartment and is nowhere to be found. Is it safe to leave it there? I think it fell under the ges tank but I'm not sure. Looked everywhere.

Can you use compressed air to blow it out or to the back of the engine well and get it out? Also try water from a hose sprayer. It should not hurt anything if it stays in the hull. I'm loosing nuts and stuff all the time and if I can't get to them by hand I leave alone and after a few rides they appear at the back of the ski.
