    rxp-x intercooler?

Hey has anyone thought of installing an rxp-x intercooler to an older rxp?
im guessing they fit with the stock exhaust in place but im not sure if they are as good as an aftermarket ic? or if the cost will make it a bad idea.. im also guessing they will be durable(salt water)??
    any thoughts

all the exhaust is different and will make fitting the ic difficult as well as needing the genuine bracket which is fairly involved and im sure compared to the aftermarket ic's it will be expensive.

one thing the i notice on the rxp-x/rxt-x stock aluminum intercooler set up is that bombardier do not instaled any water filter{like groko strainer} on the water inlet side.this is going to create a lot of future problems like intercooler gloged and the ski will get over heated due to injesting foreing things from the water like sand, small rocks, sea plants etc
also they do not do any salt water treatment for salt water use{anodized unit}if the salt corode the core you will end up having boost leek and water on your intake system,i recomend all rxt-x/rxp-x owners and any one ho instaled an aftermarket intercooler to take all my words in considertion to minimaize future problems, never buy a low quality uneficient intercooler{ e -bay crap from china or taiwan}, instaled the groko stariner from the online store and flush yor ski emeriatly after using it, specialy when the use on salt water
