    VX 110 splash guard

Ok guys, spring is here and I am going to finish up modding my vx 110. I am on islandracing looking at a splash guard. I understand their purpose, but can anyone give me to pros and cons to this. Thanks

if you know there purpose you already know the pro's and con's
you will still get wet in the right conditions (or wrong conditions)
but they will keep you dryer if conditions are right

    if that makes sense

Ya understand what your saying, but is there a negative effect on speed or anything. Does it produce more drag? idk I'm just wondering whether it's worth the buy or not.

On some hulls you get annoying bow spray in just a little bit of chop. It really helps for that. Nothing will stop all the spray.

Other thing is you need to trim the existing rub rail to make it look right.

On the SeaDoo ski's they seem to look allot better than on the Yamaha's.

A LOT depends on the installation. When we install them here at the shop, they come out PERFECT!!! (factory installed look! )otherwise the ski wouldnt leave the door.
