It sounds a little quieter than before and i hadn't test it yet. But i'm sure i'm going to see a huge gain because i installed the last things in the kit the velocity stack with the filter and the free flow exhaust were the pending things in the kit so i'm expecting a huge difference with the stacks i don't know about the exhaust... But it's better to buy some PVC with coupler and clamps for $12 compared to the riva hose which is $109 big same and will do the same lol.....

I went to test the jetski today and it was great the stack kit with the filter and the free flow now my jetski is fast.

I took my friend VX110 with prop, filter intake, intake grate these jetskis are light weight but now i got him lol it was fun.

    I'm thinking of doing this.
What are the materials and tools needed?
    How difficult?

Would I see any noticeable gains by adding this to me HO which has the R&D air filter and soon velocity stacks?

This is one modification that makes me nervous. I know there was one person that did a PVC exhaust and it ended up melting and did damage to the ski. If you do something cheap there's always a chance something bad can happen. This is an expensive hobby but personally I would rather spend the money on the right product that is backed by a company. Just giving my 2 cents dont' take any offense.
