Does Anyone know a way to plug a thru hull Exhaust hole??? I went ahead and cut my boat with the antipitation that my Exhaust would be here. to leave tonight for mudbug.... But looks like it is not going to show by the weekend I used my friends to mock it up....

Ouch, If it's just a temporary thing you could maybe get a large rubber plug.
Something like that should work I just don't knwo if they make it in the size you need.

Go to the hardware store in the plumbing dept. They have a rubber/metal plug that you can tighten by turning the nut in the middle. Then make sure you have a good rope and another pwc with you. Just in case.

Yep, put a rubber plug in there, then slather a bunch of silicone sealant on the edges of the plug. Dont be shy about putting alot of it on there, overlap the edges by an inch or so 1/4" deep or more.
When you get back just take a razor blade and carefully slice off the silicone.
YOu had better get cracking on this, as silicone will need a day to fully cure..........
Have fun at the bug!
