150 = a rating of 150 cc of fuel per minute.

The number on the jet is the size of the hole in millimeters. A 100 jet has a 1.0mm hole. A 75 has a 0.75mm hole. A 120 has a 1.2mm hole, ect. same for the needle and seat.

Dynojets numbers are simply the hole diameter. A 140DJ main has a 1.40mm (0.055") diameter hole in it at the threaded end. A mikuni 140 Mikuni has a 140 cc's of fuel flow per minute. And, I honestly have no idea how Keihins are measured.

You might be right about the SBN. I have never found anything to confirm or deny.. I will measure a bunch tonight and see what they are.
