How do you dispose of a trailer???

    Well,
my old faithful Playcraft 2place trailer from 1997 is starting to rot from the inside out. I've punched thru the frame in 2 structural areas, both on the tongue and on the box frame, including a very serious looking crack ... Time to say goodnight gracie....

BUT WHERE, DO YOU TAKE A TRAILER TO DUMP IT?

    scrap it!!

we scrap trailers non-stop... put it on top of another functioning trailer, roll across the weights and dump it and get paid on the way out

otherwise leave it outside and put a curb alert on craigslist and it will be gone within a couple hours

+1 look for a metal recycler(they don't like to be called junk yards any more). Last I heard steel was scrapping for $80 a ton it probably gone up since then. If its an aluminum trailer you could get a couple hundred $$ for it clean aluminum sells better than soda cans so you get a primuim for it at the scrap yard.

Hey guys. I am going to get another 2 place, but turn my old 2 place into a flatbed and replace some of the cancer with scrap metal. The mechanics of my old trailer are fine for "around the house" work.
