    Boost gauge digital or not

What are you using for a boost gauge.

i am partial to digital for a quick number. But then again with the right indicator I can look down and know where the boost is by the position of the needle.

    thanks
    scott

I run a standard analog, just to make sure I have boost and can quickly look at it while riding...PLUS if anythnig happens, that gauge will let me know if I have a leak, or if something is slipping...

I plan to get a digital soon, to get an accurate number...

    not that I'm aware of...

don't think they were ever intended for PWC use, but we use them and most people don't have problems.

These are automotive gauges and not water proof. You waterproof them after you open them up and silicone them.

anyone ever successfully open one of the little rectangle ones? I tried, but came closer to breaking it than opening it.

Besides, I think I got water in the connection, not the guage itself. The screen is fine, I just get screwy numbers, or it just counts in one direction continiously.
