(WTB) Who had the Old GP 1200 cylinders with pistons

I think someone had a couple top ends ready to go with pistons.
Just wondering if they are still around and what shape they are in.
    Thanks
    Joe

Nope I already bought both sets from him. I was just looking for a quicker way to the water.
I think I might sell all the stuff I have and buy an SBT motor. I have enough for the core + a good welded crank and two sets of cylinders that will need bored and possibly an extra head.
At this point I dont really want to mess around with getting the kits ordered and the machine shop. If I go with SBT for this summer than I can be on the water before memorial day.
    that is the plan

    Thanks

It is starting to get warm here, and I am not known for my patience so I am thinking that this might be the fastest and cheapest way to get back on the water for this summer. Maybe Group K next year, but I think I am going to sell my street bike so I might have a new ski in the future anyway.

No I did not. That is the part that I am not looking forward to. I still may get the topend kit and go that route but I have to figure it out fast. Also SBT has the warranty though. HMMMMMM
I could probably sell all the suff I rounded up that i wouldnt need and pay for half the SBT motor. I would need the cases anyway for the core, but they said my broken rod crank is fine and the cylinder that needs the sleeve would also be OK for cores. I would still have a good welded OEM crank and 2 good sets of cylinders. I am going to talk to my machine shop today and see how much $$ it will take then weigh the options.
From what I have found topend kits are close to $400 Is that right????
