    polaris 2000 virage reserve switch

    if the reserve is on does it keep the ski in idle mode?

    Nope. Maybe the switch is damaged and not allowing fuel to pass? Are you sure the selector is marked correctly?

    If you meant reverse my virage limited the RPM. If you meant reserve like fuel I'd check for blockage in the reserve line.

    You know klutch, you may be correct...maybe he meant reverse and not reserve??
    As I recall the 2000 Virage only had an off/on fuel selector switch and not a res/on/off selector switch.

    Yep, on/off only IF it's a 2000 Virage or VirageTX.
    Can you give us some more info Gordon??
