    Rxp X Ride plate

I took my ski in to Riva in Pompano about two weeks ago because my ride plate was leaking and I just called them today and they said that the ski was still not ready They had called BRP to get the parts and brp told them to wait because they are trying to figure out the issue with the X and maybe make it a recall cause the same problem had been happening to alot of the Xs. So to all X owners has this happen to you guys

No problem here, but had heard something back earlier. Is it with both models or just one?

Do you leave your ski in the water all the time? I've had mine in at 5 hours at a time and haven't noticed any water and at all.

Here's the deal....the ride plate leaks from the plate bolted to the top...the bolts are too long and bottom out in the plate b4 clamping good. They will remove the rideplate and shim w/ washers.....part on order huh? unless they broke the rideplate removing it, they are NOT in the parts system yet

well another thing is I had filled the ride plate holes. I told the service tech and he said it wouldn't be a problem maybe they're either pissed off and don't really want to do the job or they broke something

XRider, How many hours on ski? I just picked up my RXP-X yesterday. Put 3 hours on it today. So far so good.
